Why Men Rule The Dating World
Woman are beginning to have to search more and more for that perfect guy who is willing to settle down, which in return leads to men taking advantage of these desperate girls.
While there are still plenty of young adults in monogamous relationships, the common trend has begun heading more towards a crapshoot in which everyone sleeps with everyone.
While this may seem disturbing to the older generations, time has been changing and with the addiction to instant gratification of this generation, sex is also becoming more common and expected.
With the nature of men and the fact that sex is always on our mind, this is something most of us have accepted and relished. While men begin to realize that they are now receiving sex more and more from many different women, it has caused us to realize something that many women won’t find comforting: there is no need to be in a monogamous relationship, especially if the relationship is relied on just for the sex.
This has essentially put men behind the wheel to control who they date and sleep with. Many women complain regularly via twitter and Facebook as to why they “can’t find a good guy” or “need a BF sooo bad” when in actuality, they are mostly to blame for their own misery. If women really wanted to make a relationship work, maybe the trick is to start acting like more ladylike and stop sleeping around.
The vicious cycle that has begun to take place has put men in a unique situation in which they have an excuse for sleeping with as many girls as possible while still having the scapegoat of saying the reason they did not want to start anything serious was because they already got what they wanted from her: sex.
However, this is not 100% the fault of women. While it has become easier to sleep with multiple women, many men seem to be taking advantage of their circumstances as well as the girls they meet.
All they have to do is claim that they are just looking for that right girl to be in a relationship with, which makes the girls melt and ultimately sleep with the man. In reality, they are merely saying whatever they can just to get in the girls’ pants.
When push comes to shove, this generation has completely put the man behind the wheel when it comes to entering a relationship because in reality, many of these men do not want to settle for one dish when they can be having the buffet. As awful as that sounds, it is the truth and without stopping the promiscuity on both genders, they will continue to assume control.
