Be The Best Part Of Everyone Around You

As you go through life you will encounter many different kinds of people. Some of them will help you, some will hurt you, and some will just idly pass by.  No matter what their motives are you can take the best from each and every one of them to make you better.

In a world obsessed with all the wrong things it’s not about your job title, or how much money you make, it’s the traits you possess that give you value.

The beauty of being part of a world with 8 billion people is that everyone has something to offer to someone else.  The most successful people were not born with all of the traits that made them who they are today.  They acquired them by surrounding themselves with the right people, and walking away from the wrong ones.

If you think back over your life you will realize everyone had a purpose, and has left a mark on you in one way or another.  These people are responsible for shaping you into the person you have become today.

The influences they had may have seemed minor at the time, but quite often later on, you realize they were monumental. Once you are able to open your eyes to the fact that not every influence has to be positive in order to change you for the better, you will possess the most important trait of them all; the ability to take the good from the bad.

All too often we are blinded by the bad that happens in our lives that it seems nearly impossible to see the light at the end of tunnel. The people that are by your side during these times leave the biggest mark on you, and you should be eternally grateful for them.  Those that leave fulfilled their purpose, and you should do nothing more then wish them well along their journeys.

Take what you can from everyone that comes into your life; use their positive qualities as building blocks and their negatives as life lessons. As Johnny Depp so eloquently put it in the film blow “I'll grant you I've had more than my share of poignant moments.

Life passes most people by while they're making grand plans for it. Throughout my lifetime, I've left pieces of my heart here and there. And now, there's almost not enough to stay alive. But I force a smile, knowing that my ambition far exceeded my talent.”

The life we live is way too short to not be the best you that you can possibly be, and you are never going to get there on your own.  Inspire others and be inspired.
