Going to be honest with you all: I will buy, sell, read, eat, do, and say just about anything Chrissy Teigen suggests. Her cookbook, "Cravings," has single-handedly changed my life. (I've read it cover to cover... for fun.) Her Twitter feed? Revolutionary (and a never-ending list of takedowns, brilliance, and random thoughts). And yes, her fashion sense is everything.

From award shows to nights spent on the couch live-Snapchatting "The Craft," Teigen's look is unparalleled. So it's no shocker that Chrissy Teigen's 2017 Met Gala look would also serve as fierce, brilliant inspiration for my next late-night online-shopping binge. (I, too, am addicted to the couch life.)

At past Met Galas, Teigen has perfected her evolving fashion sense. At the 2015 event, she rolled down the red carpet wearing 87,000 black jet Swarovski stones hand-set on to a custom St. Johns Knits gown with a plunging back, ruffle cuffs, and a structured metallic belt. Since then, she's walked many a red carpet, homing in a style that's sophisticated, sleek, inspiring, and also 100 percent Chrissy. Even beyond her fashion sense, Teigen has become a household name on the awards-show circuit for her game-time poker face.

On Sunday, April 30, Teigen and husband John Legend were spotted in New York City on their way to dinner, and just hours earlier she showed off an all new Instagram with her daughter, Luna, on an NYC stoop. Ahead of the gala, she posted this:

Chrissy absolutely stunnnnned on the red carpet wearing custom Marchesa:

Walking the carpet arm-in-arm with her husband, singer John Legend, Teigen looked absolutely immaculate.

The black, white, feathered, and sheer gown with a high neck and overall black sheer overlay is a departure from the more comfortable, laid-back fashion choices that Teigen has been sporting lately. The dress, which came complete with a stunning appliqué of white flowers all along the floor of the dress, made Teigen absolutely glow from head to toe. And — ta da! — I'm completely obsessed with it.

Oh, and I guess John Legend doesn't look half bad either. But TBH, standing next to Teigen, you'd really never notice him.
