25 Cartoon Characters That Every Guy Had A Low Key Crush On As A Kid

by Adam Pliskin

No matter when you grew up, provided television and film were around, one of your favorite pastimes was watching cartoons.

We 90s kids were especially blessed, as we lived through what could certainly be considered a golden age of animation. We had access to all the classics, and a bevy of quality cartoons aired throughout our formative years.

But we were also blessed in a weird, borderline transgressive sort of way. What I'm trying to say is that many of these cartoons, especially if you were a boy when they came out, were... arousing.

For many of us, they were one of our first introductions to girls. Yes, I know. It sounds weird now that I've written it down. But you know what I'm saying, right? Right?

I mean, tell me you weren't totally into Smurfette or Lola Bunny. Come on, say it to my face. That's right. You can't. Mostly because you can't see my face right now, but also because it would be a lie if you did utter those words.

What can I say? A lot of these cartoons were hot. And yes, again, being into an anthropomorphized lioness is probably weird, and I probably should talk to my therapist about it, but I know I'm not alone.

If you're with me (and I really hope you are), scroll down to check out the 25 cartoons that it wasn't totally weird to have a crush on as a kid (or now, for that matter, in the case of Jessica Rabbit).
