Adam Levine Makes Hilarious Comment On Latest Episode Of The Voice
The beauty of the blind auditions is that you can’t judge a book by its cover. But on Tuesday night’s episode, it proved a little difficult to even differentiate between genders.
In the latest action from The Voice, all four judges are left shocked after finally setting eyes on baby-faced farm boy IJ Quinn.
The 25-year-old failed to turn any chairs during his rendition of Virtual Insanity – which all the judges though was being sung by a female performer.
Christina Aguilera simply says, ‘Wow!’, before Adam Levine stutters over his words: ‘You, okay – ‘
Fellow panelist Blake Shelton forces the truth from the Maroon 5 star, goading: ‘Say it, say it.’
So Adam confesses what they are all thinking: ‘I thought that a little bit… maybe it was a female.’
And Cee Lo Green follows suit, adding: ‘I could’ve sworn it was a girl.’
In a bid to make Quinn feel a bit better as the judges send him on his way, Adam sympathized: ‘I was born with a high voice, I feel you.’
