Amanda Bynes Charged With DUI

Amanda Bynes has officially been charged with a DUI after her arrest in April when she sideswiped a cop car and reportedly tried to pull a hit-and-run.

Bynes was charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI. In addition, the D.A. has sought a sentencing enhancement because Bynes refused to take a breathalyzer or a blood test.

Bynes has not been charged with hit-and-run.

If Bynes is convicted and gets nailed with the sentencing enhancement, she could face a minimum of 48 hours in jail and a maximum of 6 months in jail.

The actress, displeased with the results, tweeted at the President about the incident:

Hey @BarackObama… I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.
