Ashley Greene Buys Lunch At Chick-fil-A Despite Their Controversial Opposition To Gay Marriage

Ashley Greene Buys Lunch At Chick-fil-A Despite Their Controversial Opposition To Gay Marriage
Entertainment

When the CEO of Chick-fil-A publicly opposed gay marriage, the fast-food chain drew national controversy – but also scored record-breaking sales. It seems that the pull of the southern fried chicken chain was too strong for Twilight’s Ashley Greene to ignore as she was spotted at their restaurant in Hollywood today.

The 25-year-old picked up a new Audi then headed to grab some lunch at the chain’s Hollywood branch, which saw demonstrations after chief Dan Cathy announced that the official corporate policy was to oppose the legalization of same-sex marriage.

It’s an odd move from a member of liberal Hollywood, and it’s easier to assume that she had no idea what the action might convey when she drove up to that window.

The busy actress, who is very right on in her attitudes and supports Peta, is probably completely unaware of what is really going on.

Or perhaps the actress from Jacksonville, Florida just really loves their chicken. Many people do, despite the narrow-minded stance of its owners.

‘Forrest Gump’ As Directed By Wes Anderson Is Perfect (Video)

Wes Anderson, he’s so hot right now. It seems the new wave of parodies for the time being is everything Wes Anderson (don’t worry, “Frozen” parodies aren’t going anywhere). We saw the “Zoolander” scene a few days ago inspired by Anderson, and a few weeks before that we saw a beautiful compilation of his symmetry. Now, […]

Singularity At The Cinema: ‘Transcendence,’ ‘Her’ And Fighting Against The Future

“Transcendence” isn’t a very good movie. It has the setup to be a thought-provoking, sci-fi, action flick, without any real action or thought of which to speak. It’s essentially the last 20 minutes of “Her,” spread glacially over a two-hour-and-twenty-minute run time. The biggest problem with “Transcendence,” however, is that it foregrounds and obsesses over its technology at the […]

Somebody Decided To Chart All Of Rap’s Profanity Since 1985 (Photos)

In rap music, people often curse. It’s a fascinating phenomenon that required more in-depth study, which is exactly what the people at the Best Tickets Data Collective thought when they began their research. It’s exhaustive, illuminating reporting of the highest order, really. People have just been dying to get their hands on the full stats […]

Finally, There’s A Book On ‘How To Tell Black People Apart’ (Video)

Back in February, well known black person Samuel L. Jackson was mistaken for Laurence Fishburne by a KTLA reporter on live television. The interviewer caught a bit of flack because, even if you aren’t racist, not being able to tell black people apart will make everyone think you are. Thankfully we have comedian David Alan […]
