Bella Hadid is really at the top of her game right now.

The 20-year-old model is constantly on the move, whether it be flaunting her fabulous figure in the most enviable fashion on the runway or chilling in the sun in a sexy swimsuit with her friends.

Good for you, Bella! I mean, single life is certainly working for you.

In a recent interview with Coveteur, Hadid opened up about her hectic schedule and how she stays healthy. She also dished on her favorite shoes -- and just how many she owns.

Granted, the interview took place on the same day as a Nike photo shoot she did, but still. She shared,

I love wearing a pair of Levi's with a t-shirt. The [Nike] Cortez is amazing on its own, but to be able to put it with any outfit is so cool. You can mix and match it with a black dress or Levi's or sweatpants -- whatever you want.

This next revelation is going to sting a bit for any of you regular people who get excited to buy a new pair of running shoes after, like, five years.

Hadid admitted,

I probably have 50 pairs of sneakers. I need to start donating them, I feel bad having that many.

Ahhh yes, stars, they're just like us!

Anyway, back to how the Victoria's Secret model -- who, yes, owns an insane amount of sneakers, but isn't "really big on exercising" -- keeps herself healthy.

She said,

When I first wake up in the morning, I always have my lemon water. It just feels a little healthier than drinking regular water. I feel better when I have a lot of greens and drink juices.

OK, the lemon water and juices I can get on board with, but is that in between a bunch of carbs? Asking for a friend.

The supermodel did reveal when she doesn't eat healthy for an extended period of time she "[needs] to do a Monday-Wednesday cleanse to be able to flush everything out and detox."

I have a few questions about that. What does the three-day cleanse entail? Like, a juice cleanse with no food? Just eating healthy for three days? Or, just three days without alcohol and cheeseburgers?

She didn't clarify so I'm just going to go with that third option.

Bella did admit, though, to one particularly serious fad diet she's tried and it doesn't sound like she was a fan. She said,

I've done some crazy sh*t. This lemon cayenne juice cleanse is next level. It doesn't sound crazy and then once you're in it and you're like, 'What is life? What is going on?'

I think we can all imagine how only drinking lemon juice with cayenne pepper would make you question life.

But it does sound like she's found some wisdom in her old age -- kidding about the age, she's only 20, she can't even have a legal drink yet.

Hadid's opened up in the past about her struggles with Lyme Disease, which can often be debilitating, and how that affects her lifestyle.

She explained,

My body can't handle aggressive workouts. [For me] it's more about being the best I can be, not about losing weight. [Weight-loss] comes naturally, but it is about being fit and feeling strong. When I wake up in the morning and I don't feel strong, I feel like I shouldn't even get out of bed.

That definitely seems like a much healthier perspective than one that involves trying "crazy sh*t" like cayenne cleanses.

Now, Bella, how can I send you my address so I can help take some of those sneakers off your hand?
