Both Frankel and Hoppy are now fighting for primary custody of their two-year-old daughter Bryn.
Not only that, but Hoppy is also seeking child support from his wealthy wife who made $120 million back in 2011 after she sold Skinnygirl Cocktails to Jim Beam.
Frankel expects Hoppy to pay for medical and dental insurance as well as other expenses concerning their daughter Bryn. Hoppy is requesting exactly the same.
Both Frankel and Hoppy want “exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence”- a gigantic $5 million, 3,400-square-foot apartment in Tribeca featured in the show “Bethenny” on Bravo.
