Beyoncé Lip-Synced Her Amazing National Anthem Performance

People were blown away by Beyoncé’s performance last night of the National Anthem during Barack Obama’s inauguration.

A representative for the United States Marines, Kristin DuBois, said that lip-syncing the performance was a last minute decision.

“All music is pre-recorded for the ceremony because there are so many eventualities and conditions that day,” said DuBois. “We performed, live, the band. But we received last-minute word that Beyoncé was going to use the pre-recorded vocal track.”

Even if it was lip-synced, she did the original singing herself… so you really can’t hate on her. Check out her performance below.
