A Drunk Bill Murray Sang 'Take Me Out To The Ball Game' As Daffy Duck
If you're about to sing some karaoke RN, let me make a brief suggestion.
You need to get as drunk as Bill Murray was singing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" during the seventh-inning stretch on Friday night's World Series game between the Chicago Cubs and the Cleveland Indians.
Not only did he absolutely nail the sing-along rendition, he did so as Daffy fucking Duck. In case you forgot, the two were co-stars in the sports documentary "Space Jam."
OK, fine. It wasn't actually a sports doc, but it nearly was considering that Michael Jordan did return to the NBA.
Here's what he told the enthusiastic crowd before beginning his crooning session,
In order to say the right lyric, 'Take me out to the crowd,' you need to sing it like our greatest American entertainer Mr. Daffy Duck. So I want you to spray it, don't say it!
Watch Murray's merry (if not a little inebriated) rendition of "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" below.

Needless to say, Twitter had a few thoughts about his decision to partially sing the unofficial baseball anthem as Bugs Bunny's arch-rival.
One user got real about the fact that he'll probably never reach Bill Murray's level. Ever.
Yeah, I wouldn't recommend someone base their entire knowledge of baseball on Bill's singing. It might take a lot of explaining.
BILL MURRAY 2016. MAKE AMERICA DRINK AGAIN.
Someone call Nicolas Cage because I've got a new national treasure for him to steal.
At the time of the seventh-inning stretch, both teams were scoreless.
This prompted the "Lost in Translation" actor to wrap up his time behind the mic by screaming (in his best Daffy Duck impression),
Let's get some runs, suckers.
Never stop doing you, Bill Murray.
