If you haven’t already heard, Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel are reuniting for a spinoff of their classic show “Boy Meets World” that will feature Cory and Topanga’s daughter, Riley Matthews entitled “Girl Meets World.”

How did Ben Savage contact Fishel about bringing back their old characters for the spinoff?

“It was really cute because I had already talked to [series creator Michael Jacobs] and I didn’t know if Ben had already talked to Michael,” Fishel said. “Then one night I got a text from Ben that just said, ‘Hey what do you think about being my wife again?’ And I wrote him back and I said, ‘Nothing would make me happier than to call you my husband five days a week.”

After they agreed to return, a few more calls were made and they were back on the set like old times.

The plot of the show will be quite similar to “Boy Meets World” only the main character will be a girl and her one sibling won’t be a schizophrenic man-baby. Whether or not Will Friedle and/or Rider Strong will make guest appearances is unconfirmed.

The craziest part about the premise, however, is that Cory will now be a seventh grade history teacher just like his legendary mentor, the one and only Mr. Feeny.

It Takes 74 Gallons Of Water to Grow A Single Pound Of Avocados

This is horrible news. Avocados, everyone’s favorite fruit (and the subject of many an Instagram), are apparently ruining the environment. OK, so that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but get this: It takes a whopping 74.1 gallons of water to produce just one pound of avocados (compared to lettuce, which requires 5.5 gallons per pound). […]

Samsung Throws Some Serious Shade At Apple For The Bendy iPhone 6 (Photos)

The iPhone 6 Plus is so big, it’s bending in people’s pockets. Some are blaming the bending on skinny jeans, while others are simply protesting that their brand new, 1-week-old, $400 iPhones shouldn’t be so delicate regardless. Other users are complaining the screen is far from “unbreakable” and is actually now more flimsy than ever… Figures! […]

Socialist Group Pushing For $15/Hour Minimum Wage Offers $13/Hour Pay

Well, this socialist party probably regrets posting a job opening on the Internet. The Freedom Socialist Party, which is based in Seattle, recently listed a job opening for a Web Content Manager on Indeed. The part time, telecommuting job all seems very standard, but it only comes with pay at “$13.00/hr or more depending upon experience/skills, […]

Woman Gets The Perfect Response When She Assumes A Picture Is Of Mike Brown

In August, the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson captured the world’s attention after a police officer was accused of shooting an unarmed black man in the middle of the day. Because it’s 2014, people flocked to social media to take stances on the incident (whether or not they were actually informed was another matter entirely). […]
