Brooke Mueller Is A Free Woman!

According to TMZ, the prosecutor and judge in Brooke Mueller’s cocaine possession case have terminated her probation… months before it was scheduled to end!

Brooke’s lawyer, Yale Galanter, sat down with prosecutor Arnie Mordkin in Aspen, Mordkin agreed to end Brooke’s supervised probation and on January 3, the judge made it official!

To our understanding… the prosecutor and judge felt as though Brooke had obeyed all laws , and was behaving in a responsible manner.

Assuming Brooke stays out of trouble … the case will be off her record in May.
