Kid Looks Like Cara Delevingne's Dad So Everyone Thinks He's A Time-Traveler
Have you ever randomly come across your doppelgänger?
These days, with the internet, it's pretty easy to scour the many photos that litter our social media feeds and eventually find someone who kind of strangely looks like you.
If they REALLY look like you, you'll probably try to arrange a meet-up just to see how it feels to interact with "yourself."
If anyone can relate, it's 17-year-old Santana Gutierrez, the teen who discovered she has SIX doppelgängers and decided she wanted to arrange a time for all of them to meet.
While that's a great and rather unusual story, I think I may have stumbled across a story just as rare.
When model Cara Delevingne shared a photo of her dad Charles on Instagram, one American student named Seth Hamby likely thought Cara had just shared a photo of him.
That's because her dad looks EXACTLY like Hamby, and it's honestly scary.
Cara Delevingne originally shared the photo on December 12. The caption reads,
My dad being all young and cute.
Aw, isn't she just the sweetest?!
Behold the original photo Cara Delevingne shared on Instagram of her dad Charles.
Eventually, a dude named Seth Hamby came across the photo and realized he has either been cloned or placed in a time machine. He looks JUST like Charles.
Hamby's tweet highlighting the shocking resemblance went viral after garnering over 36,000 retweets and 70,000 likes on Twitter. People couldn't believe their eyes.
The Twitter community decided to take matters into their own hands and make a little Photoshop magic with the photos.
Just to be sure they actually did look alike, one user edited the photos and swapped Sean and Charles' faces.
This is SO cool, yet SO creepy!
If you check out some of the comments on Cara Delevingne's original Instagram photo of her dad, Seth's name is everywhere.
Congratulations, Seth. You're now just as famous as Cara's dad.
