His divorce from reality TV star Evelyn Lozada was finalized on Wednesday, a little more than a month after his arrest on a domestic battery charge. And now NFL star Chad ‘Ochocino’ has revealed he has enrolled in anger management classes following the alleged head butting incident with Lozada.

‘I’m trying to find out how can I channel my anger when I’m in situations to where I would pop off,’ Johnson says in an interview with Showtime’s Inside The NFL which airs on Wednesday night.

‘How can I diffuse those situations, trigger points? Right now I need to work on Chad.

Sporting a three-piece suit and speaking candidly in the interview, Johnson says he takes full responsibility for the altercation which resulted in his arrest on August 11 on a domestic violence charge.

Lozada was treated for a laceration to her forehead, police captain Dale Engle claimed at the time.

‘I had an altercation with my wife,’ says Johnson. ‘I take full responsibility for it. I apologize for it. I’m human and I made a mistake.’

Johnson also says he believes the Miami Dolphins team cut him from the team solely based on the domestic incident, rather than his performances on the field.

‘That was the reason,’ he says. ‘There’s no need to blow smoke up my a**.

He adds: ‘First off, I lost two things that I love. Football. I love that. Being married, being a husband, being a lover was an honor and I lost that. They have that saying: You never know what you have until it’s gone and that’s gone and now I finally know what they mean.

‘I lost two of the things that really meant the most to me. That someone completed my world, completed me, period. But I just hadn’t made that transition to where I needed to be the best man that I could, or best husband that I could. I didn’t make it all the way, fully.’

Johnson also reveals he is no longer on speaking terms with Basketball Wives star Lozada.

We’re only three episodes into VH1’s newest reality series “Dating Naked” and already, the predictable has happened: One lone crotch shot has escaped the eyes of the clearly overworked VH1 filtering crew and has been broadcast to a worldwide audience. The money shot in question was of Long Island-based model Jessie Nizewitz, who is now suing […]

Tom Hardy Dressed As Bane Photobombed A Wedding Party In 2011 (Photos)

An amazing photo just surfaced on Reddit, and you really have to see it. It was taken back in 2011, when “The Dark Knight Rises” was shooting in Pittsburgh. The photo shows Tom Hardy in full Bane regalia, waving at a passing wedding party. The jarring juxtaposition of Bane’s freaky face mask and the bridesmaids’ pink […]

Why You Should Only Be Able To Count Your Good Friends On One Hand

It was all about numbers when we were growing up. When it was time to plan parties, to host sleepovers, to worry about who was going to get ready at whose house before the dance, we worried about how many would come. We aimed high, subscribing to the philosophy “the more, the merrier,” never really […]

Keep New Yorkers Sane: Why We Need A Crying Booth On Every Corner

In New York City, there’s plenty to cry about and plenty more to set you off. One too many sirens, a strategically-placed homeless man and someone cursing you out for crossing the bike lane can send your already bruised ego to the nearest open bar. But before you even get there, you already feel like […]

What The 10 Commandments Would Look Like If They Were Made For 20-Somethings

We unfortunately live in a world where cell phones and social media are more important than face-to-face interaction. People would rather have a four-hour text conversation than a 10-minute phone call. We believe that the number of followers or likes we get on social media proves our worth as an individual. We push aside our […]
