His divorce from reality TV star Evelyn Lozada was finalized on Wednesday, a little more than a month after his arrest on a domestic battery charge. And now NFL star Chad ‘Ochocino’ has revealed he has enrolled in anger management classes following the alleged head butting incident with Lozada.

‘I’m trying to find out how can I channel my anger when I’m in situations to where I would pop off,’ Johnson says in an interview with Showtime’s Inside The NFL which airs on Wednesday night.

‘How can I diffuse those situations, trigger points? Right now I need to work on Chad.

Sporting a three-piece suit and speaking candidly in the interview, Johnson says he takes full responsibility for the altercation which resulted in his arrest on August 11 on a domestic violence charge.

Lozada was treated for a laceration to her forehead, police captain Dale Engle claimed at the time.

‘I had an altercation with my wife,’ says Johnson. ‘I take full responsibility for it. I apologize for it. I’m human and I made a mistake.’

Johnson also says he believes the Miami Dolphins team cut him from the team solely based on the domestic incident, rather than his performances on the field.

‘That was the reason,’ he says. ‘There’s no need to blow smoke up my a**.

He adds: ‘First off, I lost two things that I love. Football. I love that. Being married, being a husband, being a lover was an honor and I lost that. They have that saying: You never know what you have until it’s gone and that’s gone and now I finally know what they mean.

‘I lost two of the things that really meant the most to me. That someone completed my world, completed me, period. But I just hadn’t made that transition to where I needed to be the best man that I could, or best husband that I could. I didn’t make it all the way, fully.’

Johnson also reveals he is no longer on speaking terms with Basketball Wives star Lozada.

By Bashing Kiefer Sutherland, Freddie Prinze Jr. Made Himself Look Hilariously Dumb

Freddie Prinze, Jr. and Kiefer Sutherland are in a one-sided fight. Although this piece of news sounds media-generated and totally illegitimate, Prinze said that Jack Bauer was the “most unprofessional dude in the world“ and that his experience on “24″ made him want to quit acting. One of Freddie’s main complaints was the height difference between him and […]

Why Sloan From ‘Entourage’ Is Still The Wife Every Guy Wishes He Had

It’s completely natural for guys to never get over their first love. But the fact that “Entourage” has been off the air for almost four years, and I still haven’t gotten over Sloan is an entirely different matter. There’s really only been one fictional character to steal my heart with as much vigor as Sloan […]

If You Have A Fear Of Fish, You Probably Shouldn’t Tell People About It (Video)

If you have a fear of something, the last thing you want to do is tell your friends about it, especially when it’s incredibly irrational (as most phobias are). There’s a chance they’ll understand and want to help, but there’s a much greater chance they’ll use it to torture you for their own amusement. Ichthyophobia […]

11 Things You Can Do On Fire Island This Summer That You Can’t Do Elsewhere

First it was The Hamptons. Then it was Atlantic City. And now there’s a new pricey and hyped-up weekend go-to spot on the scene: Fire Island. People who rent in Fire Island claim they are “way more chill” than the people who frequent the ritzy East End or fist-pumping shore. And by “chill” they mean […]
