Chris Brown & Drake Brawl Tony Parker Sues Club For $20 Million

NBA player Tony Parker has come forward as a victim of the Drake vs. Chris Brown bar brawl. Now, the basketball star is suing the NYC nightclub W.i.P. for $20 million, saying that the club never should have let both musicians in at the same time.

Parker filed the lawsuit on Thursday in the NY Supreme Court. The lawsuit claims that the club’s security was negligent for allowing the fight to even occur.

Parker claims that he was hit by shards of glass and suffered lacerations to his cornea.

The lawsuit claims that the club continued supplying alcohol to the “visibly intoxicated” club-goers, even though the club knows that there could be an argument because there is “bad blood between Drake and Brown.”

Parker’s injury could affect his NBA career. Even more immediate, his injury could affect his performance in the Olympics with the French national basketball team.

Parker’s lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, told TMZ that he’s waiting for the results of the police investigation.
