Chris Brown and Drake’s recent lawsuit from Greenhouse and W.i.P. isn’t the last. The hip-hop/R&B stars face another lawsuit stemming from their bar brawl in June at a New York club, this time from a male model who claims he suffered major injuries.

Romain Julien filed a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court where he detailed his injuries from sitting at nearby table during the brawl. Julien says in the lawsuit that the brawl resulted in a severed tendon in his right hand. He also allegedly endured numerous cuts from broken glass, cosmetic deformity, and mental distress.

Julien, who is a model with Re:Quest Model Management, also names Greenhouse and W.i.P. in the suit. He claims that the people who run both clubs failed to provide security and created a hostile environment by serving liquor to patrons.

His lawsuit describes Brown as having a “hot temper” that only pushed Drake more into their altercation. He is seeking actual and punitive damages. Representatives for both Drake and Chris Brown have not responded.

20 Covers For Your Weekend Playlist That Might Beat Out Their Originals

One thing I hate is when people say a cover of a song is going to “ruin” the original. There’s nothing more annoying than a hipster who is so faithful to an original adaptation that he or she cannot stand to hear anyone put a new spin on something. If works of art never offered […]

The physical benefits of running are pretty well-defined, no pun intended. Runners are known to be more physically toned, sure, but what about the other aspects of their well-being? Although you may not know it, runners are inherently happier than their non-running counterparts. As we’ve all heard before, our health is all “connected,” you know […]

Debunking 4 Popular (And Bogus) Reasons To Oppose Same-Sex Marriage

The Supreme Court recently refused to hear five states’ appeals to uphold their bans on same-sex marriage. This effectively legalized same-sex marriage in all five of those states — Indiana, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin – and perhaps, will legalize it in six more. Pending further hindrances, lifting the bans means same-sex couples can now legally wed in […]
