Chris Brown and Drake’s recent lawsuit from Greenhouse and W.i.P. isn’t the last. The hip-hop/R&B stars face another lawsuit stemming from their bar brawl in June at a New York club, this time from a male model who claims he suffered major injuries.

Romain Julien filed a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court where he detailed his injuries from sitting at nearby table during the brawl. Julien says in the lawsuit that the brawl resulted in a severed tendon in his right hand. He also allegedly endured numerous cuts from broken glass, cosmetic deformity, and mental distress.

Julien, who is a model with Re:Quest Model Management, also names Greenhouse and W.i.P. in the suit. He claims that the people who run both clubs failed to provide security and created a hostile environment by serving liquor to patrons.

His lawsuit describes Brown as having a “hot temper” that only pushed Drake more into their altercation. He is seeking actual and punitive damages. Representatives for both Drake and Chris Brown have not responded.

‘Forrest Gump’ As Directed By Wes Anderson Is Perfect (Video)

We saw the “Zoolander” scene a few days ago inspired by Anderson, and a few weeks before that we saw a beautiful compilation of his symmetry. Now, […]

Singularity At The Cinema: ‘Transcendence,’ ‘Her’ And Fighting Against The Future

“Transcendence” isn’t a very good movie. It has the setup to be a thought-provoking, sci-fi, action flick, without any real action or thought of which to speak. It’s essentially the last 20 minutes of “Her,” spread glacially over a two-hour-and-twenty-minute run time. The biggest problem with “Transcendence,” however, is that it foregrounds and obsesses over its technology at the […]

Why Your Self-Worth Should Have Nothing To Do With Body Image

Growing up, I overindulged the media’s portrayals of an acceptable body image. Size zero and thigh gaps whetted my appetite for body perfection. From an early age, I sought to attain the “ideal” stick-thin body that I saw day in and day out, online, in film and in magazines. I would love myself so much […]

Man Proves People Care Enough To Be Offended But Not Enough To Help The Poor (Video)

Standing on the street wearing a giant sandwich board that proclaims “FU*K THE POOR” proves to be an attention grabber. In a psych experiment that resonates in the most reveling of planes, this video highlights pubic perceptions of poverty with brutal force. Bystanders were quick to engage this canvaser, with responses ranging from ”that’s disgusting” to […]
