Someone Is Trying To Crowdfund $877 Million To Buy One Direction

One Direction fans have been freaking out ever since Zayn left the group the other day. Personally, I don't see what the big deal is. Then again, I'm not a 15-year-old girl.

Of course, there are those out there who are very concerned about the future of the band. Some people are so worried, in fact, they started a crowdfunding campaign in an attempt to buy One Direction.

That's right, a GoFundMe has been created to buy the One Direction guys out of their contract for the low, low price of $877 million.

It's not exactly clear how buying the band out of the contract will yield results that would be favorable to these fans, but at least they're going for it.

At press time, the campaign has raised just over $1,200. I hate to say it, but I don't think this one is going to come to fruition.

Hey, a One Direction fan can dream, though.
