NBC may have shut down Dane’s  series Next Caller before it ever debuted, but it looks as though Dane Cook is sticking with the network. According to Deadline, the comedian has inked a new deal with NBC which guarantees that a series will be developed for him to star in soon.

Network executives  pulled the plug on Next Caller after seeing the first four episodes and disagreeing with its “creative direction.”However they seemed to have liked Cook though, and jumped to ink another deal.

Although no revealing details have released about the upcoming sitcom, we can assure you that it is on the way!

5 Non-English Majors That Will Make You A Better Writer

Like many hopeful writers, I majored in English. I brushed off the comments about the degree’s lack of marketability and ignored people who asked if I planned to “just be an English teacher.” It was trying at times, especially when it made me forget what “pleasure reading” even meant, but I don’t regret my degree […]

Coming from a small family, I somewhat envied the Camden clan and their tame, cookie-cutter shenanigans. Though they were actors, I legitimately […]
