Demi Lovato Officially Started A New Trend With Her Unusual Tattoo

Demi Lovato got the world's tiniest tattoo and Lovatics are already inspired to follow her lead.

In a video posted on Instagram Sunday, the 23-year-old debuted a left pinky tat of an itty bitty smiley face.

Like, SUPER itty bitty.

Fans jumped on the tattoo trend instantly.

However, true Lovatics know this wasn't Demi's first trip to the tattoo parlour.

Back in 2012, "LA Ink" star Kat von D inked 12 bird silhouettes onto Demi's forearm in honor of the "Stone Cold" singer's fans.

Demi also has "Stay Strong" on her wrists and a smattering of additional bad-ass body art.

Demi's pinky tat is adorable, but diehard fans know the only way to properly tribute their queen is with a full-back tattoo of her portrait.
