Disney just agreed to a ‘self-spanking’ by writing a huge check to a woman who claimed a Mouse employee allegedly slapped her ass during a taping!

According to TMZ ,  Kellie Rodriguez filed a lawsuit back in January alleging Ron Pearson violated her during a taping of the Disney Channel’s “Good Luck Charlie.” In front of the audience and her children, Ron repeatedly spanked her on the ass , and then kissed her on the lips!

Sources close to the case have informed TMZ  that the ABC Cable Networks paid Kellie somewhere between $20-30K to make the case go away.

The best part? We’re told Pearson is still working for Disney — on”Good Luck Charlie” no less!
