According to court papers exclusively obtained by the National Enquirer, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ marriage was falling apart six months prior to the star filing for divorce.

Nobody blames Katie Holmes for leaving Tom Cruise, the man has clearly lost his mind and become a slave to the Church of Scientology. He is also 5 foot 1 which means he has to have a small you know…

The fact that Tom had to be pardoned by the hierarchies of the Church in order to see his own daughter was a little intense. As I’ve stated in previous articles, the man has clearly been brain washed.

So don’t worry Katie, we’re behind your decision and glad you got out before it was too late!

In the legal documents dated August 17, 2012 , details of the divorce decree, including the specifics of the custody agreement with 6-year-old daughter Suri have surfaced.

The “marital relationship” had “broken down significantly for a period of at least six months immediately preceding,” the papers state.

In terms of child support Cruise had been ordered to pay $400,000 annually for child support, adding up to $4.8 million dollars in the next 12 years. For someone like Cruise with an estimated $250million fortune, he should be timely with all payments.
