Canadian artist Drake uploaded two photos of YOLO Clothing on Instagram on Christmas Eve demanding that someone write him a check for all the merchandise.

The photos were taken in a Macy’s and Walgreens – not where you’d think he does his Christmas shopping.

Unfortunately, what Drake failed to realize is that you need a trademark if you want to claim any royalties from merchandise- a trademark that he never applied for.

But not to worry, there have been over 100 YOLO trademark applications already applied for.

However, they weren’t applied in his name. Sorry Drake, should have come up with a better business plan.

But, Is Leo DiCaprio Really That Hot?

We may not live under a fascist dictatorship, but saying that Leonardo DiCaprio isn’t that great may be as cause for a public whipping as talking smack on Putin. But whatever the consequence, I just can’t hold it in any longer. The name that has no shame needs to be discussed and I think we […]

‘Amazing Spider-Man’ Actor Andrew Garfield Says Spidey Is Jewish

Andrew Garfield thinks Spider-Man (aka Peter Parker) is Jewish. Garfield’s reasonings are extremely stereotypical: “Peter Parker is not a simple dude. He can’t just switch off.” “He never feels like he’s doing enough. And Peter suffers from self-doubt. He ums and ahs about his future because he’s neurotic. He’s Jewish. It’s a defining feature.” Wait, […]

In this decade, it seems as if one-night stands have become totally acceptable — nearly the norm. But, although it’s becoming a pretty conventional occurrence, some girls are still not learning about the major consequences that these encounters can have. Some see this life as being fabulous — it is the independent single woman being […]

Why Good Guys Need To Expect More From Modern Women

Living in New York has enlightened me to many things about the world. One, people don’t seem to give a crap about the homeless. Two, you can’t use a restroom in this city without buying something. And three, too many good men are settling for lesser women. Now, before you go off on your tangent about […]

Stop what you’re doing and devote all of your concentration to this video immediately. In less than a minute, it will make your day, or at least your morning. Can Musical Hashtag Activism Get Dr. Dre’s ‘Detox’ Released?

The world is atwitter with the recent actions of Twitter activist Suey Park. The 23-year-old wasn’t feeling a tweet from “The Colbert Report’s” official Twitter, and she started a #CancelColbert hashtag that trended, and led to dozens of think pieces across the webosphere. One motif seemed clear throughout: Park doesn’t get satire, distracted from the […]
