Canadian artist Drake uploaded two photos of YOLO Clothing on Instagram on Christmas Eve demanding that someone write him a check for all the merchandise.

The photos were taken in a Macy’s and Walgreens – not where you’d think he does his Christmas shopping.

Unfortunately, what Drake failed to realize is that you need a trademark if you want to claim any royalties from merchandise- a trademark that he never applied for.

But not to worry, there have been over 100 YOLO trademark applications already applied for.

However, they weren’t applied in his name. Sorry Drake, should have come up with a better business plan.
