Those that shop together stay together. At least that’s one of the cheeky sayings that abounds in famously gay-friendly West Hollywood, where Tinseltown’s favourite celebrity lesbian couple were snapped having dinner tonight.

Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi stepped out in matching outfits for dinner at celebrity hotspot Craig’s, grinning and holding hands.

Portia looked especially lovely in slightly baggy white pants and a sleeveless black blouse, standing tall in a pair of nude heels.

Ellen opted for black Nike trainers with her more casual outfit of white slacks and a long-sleeved black top. And it’s no wonder the attractive ladies were grinning ear-to-ear, as they have plenty to celebrate.

The couple this week celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary, as Ellen also marks her first decade as the host of her wildly popular daytime talk show.

To celebrate this, The Hollywood Reporter put her on its front and back cover, along with a six-page story inside. It’s a long way from Ellen’s coming out as a lesbian in the late Nineties, which was a prelude to her sitcom being cancelled her career shifting into low gear.

Ellen tells the Hollywood Reporter’s Lacey Rose how she thought she might never work again, and about the incredible hate mail and death threats she received after coming out.
