Eva Longoria Settles Crash Case Out Of Court

She had dismissed it as nothing more than a frivolous lawsuit. But Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has ended up settling out of court with a driver she ran into in 2010 just days before his lawsuit was due to go to trial.

Roman Gasparyan had claimed the 37-year-old lost control of her BMW and crashed into him in Hollywood, and that she had ‘red and bloodshot’ eyes at the scene of the incident.

According to TMZ the settlement was announced in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 3, just 12 days before it was supposed to go to trial.

It is not clear if the staunch Democrat, who is co-chair for the Barack Obama re-election campaign, has admitted fault for the crash, as the settlement details are currently unknown.
