Floyd Mayweather is no sucka’…which is why the undefeated boxing champion is suing a New Orleans wine bar that allegedly used his name to lure Super Bowl fans in for a pre-game blow-out.

Floyd claims The Wine Bistro wrongfully advertised that he and The Money Team would be hosting the February 1 event.

For those of you who don’t know…The Money Team is Floyd’s clique and business team…which includes Justin Bieber, Lil’Kim, 50 Cent and Miss Jackson.

Mayweather — who in the lawsuit refers to himself as “the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world and one of the greatest technical fighters of all time” — claims he usually receives an average of $100k for a club appearance.

So here’s the deal… Floyd says he never agreed to appear at the establishment …nor did his team.

The fighter is worried that some of his fans are upset he was a no-show, and is not happy with the fact that the bar profited off his name.

Floyd is demanding a large sum of money, and would appreciate if the bar stopped using his name…ASAP!

We’ll have more details for you as they become available!
