HBO Produces Film About The 2012 Presidential Election

According to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO is producing a film titled ‘Double Down’, that will focus on the 2012 presidential election between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney.

The flick will be based on a book of the same name by Heilemann and Halperin thatwill hit shelves in fall of 2013. HBO will have the movie ready to go after the debut of the book, but other than that there is no concrete release date as of now.

Furthermore, we do know that director Jay Roach and writer Danny Strong are expected to return for this sequel!
