Hulk Hogan Sues Laser Spine Institute For $50 Million (Updated)

Due to a bogus back surgery he received, Hulk Hogan claims he will not be able to take on John Cena in the ring…a fight that would have earned him nearly $50 million.

Hulk Hogan filed a $50 million lawsuit against the Laser Spine Institute of Florida — claiming he had been fooled by doctors to undergo multiple procedures in 2009 that were completely useless and harmful to his career.

Although Hulk doesn’t explain why he’s suing for $50 million in the lawsuit — Hulk’s legal team (headed by Wil Florin) stated the reason for the large number is a lucrative “phase out contract” that was shot down by the bad surgeries.

According to Hulk’s team, the contract outlined a match between Hulk and Cena — a match that should have been Hulk’s career ender — but thanks to the surgeries, it never happened!

Hulk’s claiming the contract — along with subsequent appearance opportunities — was worth $50 million.
