James Franco Has Written Yet Another Book

James Franco Has Written Yet Another Book
Entertainment

James Franco is still continuing his quest to do everything he possibly can, and Vulture is reporting that the actor/director/singer/producer/writer/artist/student/among other things has just sold his first full book of poetry to Graywolf Press.

Set to be released in April 2014, the book is titled Directing Herbert White – likely a reference to the film Herbert White that Franco wrote and directed, which in itself was based on a poem by Frank Bidart.

Everything links together nicely, which was probably Franco’s plan from jump street.

This will be Franco’s third book, following his short story Palo Alto, and his poetry chapbook.

Writing is very much a passion of the multifaceted Franco who we can all be sure will bless us with a very interesting creation.

‘Forrest Gump’ As Directed By Wes Anderson Is Perfect (Video)

Wes Anderson, he’s so hot right now. It seems the new wave of parodies for the time being is everything Wes Anderson (don’t worry, “Frozen” parodies aren’t going anywhere). We saw the “Zoolander” scene a few days ago inspired by Anderson, and a few weeks before that we saw a beautiful compilation of his symmetry. Now, […]

Singularity At The Cinema: ‘Transcendence,’ ‘Her’ And Fighting Against The Future

“Transcendence” isn’t a very good movie. It has the setup to be a thought-provoking, sci-fi, action flick, without any real action or thought of which to speak. It’s essentially the last 20 minutes of “Her,” spread glacially over a two-hour-and-twenty-minute run time. The biggest problem with “Transcendence,” however, is that it foregrounds and obsesses over its technology at the […]

8 Reasons Being In A Serious Relationship Might Beat Being Single

Summer is right around the corner and, as I am sure you know, summer tends to be less of a dating season and more of a mating season. With all the skin being shown, you really can’t blame people for wanting to sleep with the general population – we’re only animals. However, summer or not, […]

The Message In The Bottle: What We Should Learn From Poor Drinking Decisions

Nearly four years of college have translated into a lot of empty beer cans and liquor bottles. Along with these empties have come meaningful lessons. All too often, drunken nights gone wrong are shoved into the depths of our memories. Maybe the night was too traumatic; maybe we told ourselves it would never happen again. […]

How Does Your Country Rank? The Countries With The Happiest Young People

If you ever were lucky enough to study sociology, you may understand that quality of life is quantifiable in terms of a country’s social structures. Public health programs, childcare systems and retirement age can all be factors that determine how satisfied (read: happy) citizens are. Typically, these polls center on tax-paying adults. For the first […]
