Jay-Z and Beyonce’s six-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, is already living the good life.

In a verse on Rick Ross’ new single, “3 Kings,” Jay-Z brags about baby Blue’s lavish lifestyle.

He raps that naysayers “couldn’t f*** with my daughter’s room” and they couldn’t “walk in my daughters socks.”

Blue Ivy is the first child born to Beyonce and Jay-Z. She was born in January of this year, and since her birth, her parents have made sure that she’s had access to the best of the best.

Beyonce recently hinted that the inspiration for her daughter’s name came from a poem written by Rebecca Solnit. The singer posted part of the poem from her A Field Guide to Getting Lost on her tumblr. Part of the selection reads:

The world is blue at its edges and in its depths.

This blue is the light that got lost.

Water is colorless, shallow water appears to be the colour that lies beneath it.

But deep water is full of his scattered light, the purer the water, the deeper the blue.
