Jennifer Lopez Finally Reveals The Secret To Looking Damn FINE At 47

Have you ever thought to yourself, “Gee, I wonder how old Jennifer Lopez is — can’t be over 35,” asked Google and then screamed, “HOLY SHIT SHE’S 47?! HOW DOES SHE LOOKS SO DAMN FINE THOUGH?!”

Well, contrary to what you might think, she doesn’t get her eternal youthful look from bathing in the blood of virgins, which is a relief because I’m pretty sure that involves a number of crimes.

In a recent interview with Your Fitness, JLo revealed the secret fitness regimen she uses to stay fit at the age of 47 years young,

I love the way working out makes me feel, so I try to keep my body hydrated and well rested after every workout so I’m ready to hit it hard again the next day. I drink plenty of water, fuel my body with healthy foods and make it a priority to get eight hours of sleep a night. I also love to relax with my kids after a workout and share a healthy snack with them.

So far the only action I do from JLo’s regimen is sleep.

OK, I’m halfway there! Now, I just have to find away to “love” working out.

That is, if my heart can ever love anything as much Jennifer (call me).

But the real question is how do you stave off those late night munchies, Jen?

Do you put a bear trap in the cupboard?

Where does one even buy a bear trap these days?

Jenny from the Block said it’s all about shaking things up… literally. The singer said having a protein shake during dinner is the perfect way to go to sleep on a full stomach,

That shake at dinner is key, because when you’re dieting it seems like you’re always your hungriest at night, so having some calorie-smart protein can help fill you up and kill those night time cravings.

JLo knows what she’s doing because the end result of her hard work is the perfect body, acquired from working out, hydration, protein shakes and sleep.

And one thing’s for sure — Jennifer is not losing any sleep over her ex Casper Smart.
