NFL star Jeremy Shockey’s smoking hot ex-wifey –that’s right she’s on the market–is outraged after the Super Bowl champ posted a picture of her bare booty on the Internet … and now, she wants him to pay!

Daniela Cortazar-Shockey — who married the NFL player last May before the couple parted ways in October —  has just went ahead and filed legal documents contesting their prenup.

Despite the prenup — which leaves her with absolutely nothing in the event of a divorce — she believes she’s still entitled to temporary alimony and lawyers’ fees under Florida law.

The interesting part about it all…Daniela is also demanding a minimum of $15,000 from Shockey, claiming he violated a privacy provision in the prenup by posting a picture of Daniela’s butt on Instagram recently … long after they separated.

Daniela is also asking the court to force her ex husband to stop posting about her on his social media pages.

A judge has yet to rule on Daniela’s motion.

The aftermath of the Michael Brown shooting has led to nationwide condemnation of police officers committing severe acts on the job and receiving what seems like insufficient punishment afterward. Among the troubling cases is that of Georgia’s Dennis Krauss, who was convicted of rape, yet is still legally allowed to carry a firearm despite being […]
