Justin Bieber clearly did not learn his lesson! The pop star should probably think twice before loaning his Ferrari out … because it was involved in yet another run-in with the police.

The gentleman behind the wheel this time — Lil Za — was pulled over in West Hollywood by police — for tinted windows — today at around 1:30 AM.

Lil Za didn’t have a license — an arrestable offense — so deputies put him in the back of the squad car. Luckily for him, deputies cut the kid a break, and he was cited and released.

What’s with Bieber lending his car to no-name rappers?
