Justin Bieber Boycotts Grammys Amid Rumors Selena Will Attend With The Weeknd

DRAMA ALERT.  Justin Bieber wants nothing to do with this year's Grammys...

And neither do Drake and Kanye West.

Apparently, Bieber plans to be somewhere else (probably skipping around naked under a waterfall with models) on the night itself.

It definitely has everything nothing whatsoever to do with these photos of Selena Gomez kissing The Weeknd.

TMZ reported Justin “doesn't think the Grammys are relevant or representative, especially when it comes to young singers.”

Ouch, Justin.

Pretty scathing stuff, but we can't help but wonder if Biebs, who is nominated for four awards, has extra motivation to skip the big night.

After all, his ex Selena and her new man The Weeknd will be going to a pre-show party AS A COUPLE.

It hasn't been confirmed if they'll be attending the actual awards night together just yet, but yeah, we reckon it's pretty set in stone.

Whatever his excuse is, whether it's Bieber Fever (no one's made that joke before, right?) or something else, it's a big blow to organizers.

The absence of Drake and Kanye, who are nominated for eight awards each, is probably even more embarrassing.

Let's do some math. There are three superstars nominated for a massive total of 20 Grammys who will be MIA on the night, leaving one big, awkward mess for the Grammys.

Kanye is a Grammys king who has 21 of the things at home, but he's often lost out when he went up against white artists.

Meanwhile, Drake isn't planning to interrupt his European tour by coming back for the awards night.

All of this ugliness comes after Frank Ocean, who blew our freaking minds with Blonde, didn't even submit his album for Grammy consideration.

According to TMZ, Ocean thinks the Grammys is out of touch and doesn't represent young, black artists.

This feels like a lose-lose for everyone involved.

The artists miss out on a fun night, the show definitely suffers and we, the humble audience, are deprived of more Kanye in our lives.

Sometimes, life just isn't fair.
