2016 can't end soon enough.

The latest terrible thing to happen this year occurred Thursday night in Englewood, California, during Kanye West's concert.

Yeezy fans were feeling nice when all of the sudden, 39-year-old Kanye West cut his concert short and sent everyone into a tizzy.

Kanye was reportedly right in the middle of performing "Only One" when he stopped and said,

Turn on the lights, show's over. I'm so hoarse. I can't finish the show.

What??? Son, did you just cut short a show on the Saint Pablo Tour because of a sore throat???

Standing on a platform at The Forum, West continued,

I can't let y'all have a show where I can't perform for you. I'll give everyone a refund. I'll do better next time.

After Kanye West made the decision to cut short his concert because of a sore throat, fans in attendance immediately started booing.

OK, now I just feel bad. I'm pretty sure Yeezy fans weren't out there for a refund, they wanted to see their idol perform his heart out.

Kanye called it quits just 45 minutes into the concert.

One angry Yeezy fan at the show reportedly tweeted,

Wow, #KanyeWest really just walked out on us typical Kanye behavior.

Damn. This is sad. I'm sad.

Kanye West's fans showed little to no pity, and I'm pretty sure most were in a state of disbelief after Yeezy shut down the show prematurely.

Thursday night's show was reportedly Kanye's sixth and final performance at The Forum and, in addition to a lot of upset fans, Ariel Winter, Lenny Kravitz, Usher and Harry Styles were also among the disappointed guests.

I don't want to start rumors, but you have to wonder if the whole Kim Kardashian thing is somewhat responsible for Kanye feeling worn out. I really hope that's not the case, but it would make some sense, wouldn't it?

Kanye West's next scheduled show will take place on November 17 in San Jose.
