Kevin Hart And Will Ferrell To Team Up For ‘Get Hard’

Warner Brothers is reportedly negotiating a deal to acquire the rights to Get Hard, a comedy developed for Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart to star alongside each other in.

The film will focus on an investment banker, played by Will Ferrell,  who gets locked up in a maximum security prison for a crime he truly didn’t commit. In order to prepare himself for life behind bars, he hires someone with knowledge of the streets (Kevin Hart).

The script is being written by Ian Roberts and Jay Martel, who currently serve as show-runners for Comedy Central’s Key & Peele.

After a few high-profile misses by Ferrell recently – like The Campaign and Casa de Mi Padre – we’re hoping this movie, as well as Anchorman 2, can get him back on track.
