Kim Zolciak Allegedly Owes Celebrity Party Planner $1Million
Her lavish wedding was the most sequin studded event of the Atlanta year. But while Kim Zolciak spared no expense on her big day, the reality star is now accused of failing to pay the wedding planner behind it.
Kim and her NFL player husband Kroy Biermann enlisted the services of Colin Cowie, who has worked for the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Tom Cruise, Jennifer Lopez, Oprah Winfrey and Kim Kardashian.
But according to Radar, the Real Housewife of Atlanta failed to stump up the cash owed to the flamboyant party man, assuming the producers of Bravo’s Tardy For The Wedding would foot the bill.
A family member said: ‘Kim said that she was having to pay her wedding planner over $1,000,000 for her big ceremony and Bravo wasn’t picking up the tab.
‘They shortly after had a falling out.’
Additionally the valet company working the bash she has a large outstanding bill, while Colin’s company has yet to receive a dime.
A representative of AAA Parking said: ‘Colin Cowie Lifestyle (CCL/CCE) contracted with AAA Parking to provide valet parking services on November 11, 2011 at Ms. Zolciak’s residence in Roswell, Georgia.
‘The event and valet parking services were extended by an additional hour at the request of Colin Cowie representatives resulting in an additional charge.
‘The total invoice of $2,550 remains unpaid. CCL/CCE has advised us that they have not been paid for any services they provided for the Zolciak wedding.’
Colin’s team have tried to keep the dispute low-key, with a spokesman saying: ‘We do not comment on our business relationships with our clients.’
Kim has denied owing any money for the wedding.
