Though Game of Thrones is an ensemble show, there are some actors that are higher on the Richter scale than others. Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, for instance. There's Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen, for another, and also Kit Harington as Jon Snow. The latter two are teaming up outside of Westeros for a Dolce & Gabbana campaign, and in attempting not to discuss the final season of the show, instead we learned about Kit Harington's Harry Potter obsession.

Yup, you read that right. Kit Harington is, just like the rest of us, completely obsessed with Hogwarts and all things Potter. He's also a huge admirer of J.K. Rowling and says he would love to meet her. He thinks she's “fabulous.”

As for what house he'd be in, our wizard senses suggest that he should get to know Newt Scamander a little bit better, because his opinion on Hogwarts houses is, to put it mildly, rather 90s.

Gryffindor, obviously. No one wants to be Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw is boring, Slytherin is full of psychos, as people know.

Excuse me, no one wants to be in Hufflepuff? The house that contains not only Mr. Scamander and Cedric Diggory, but also Future President Mr. The Rock, Deadpool *and* Luke Cage? Let's reconsider this please.

Still, one would guess that Harington would get himself educated pretty quickly on the subject, as he puts it out there in the interview that he would very much like a role in one of the upcoming sequels of the Fantastic Beasts quintology.

Would he like to be cast as someone working for Grindelwald or on the side of Dumbledore? He's not picky. For him, it's about the props.

I don't know if I would want to be a goodie or baddie, I just know I want to hold a wand. I know exactly how I'd hold a wand — you know how Ralph Fiennes does it, with his hand up, that's what I'd do.

Well, if it's Voldemort's wand-holding he wants…we're going to sort him into Slytherin then. (Don't worry, Slytherin's not bad! Some of my best friends are Slytherin.)

Personally, if I had to see Jon Snow turn up in the wizarding world, I would expect him to play a role more like Godric Gryffindor – insufferably noble and honest, and wields a pretty awesome-looking sword. Perhaps in a flashback sequence, Rowling? After all, Harington is going to need a new franchise, and soon…
