Kourtney And Khloé K Honored Their Dad At The Angel Ball, But Kim Didn't Show

It was a weird night for the Kardashians.

About 36 hours ago, Kim K was boarding a plane to reportedly make her first public appearance since being held at gunpoint during the Paris robbery in October.

She was set to show her face at the Angel Ball in New York and be present while her late father was honored by the event's committee.

Then Kanye's apparent breakdown hit full swing, and the night ended up having one massive Pablo-sized rain cloud hanging over it.

While Kourtney, Khloé, Kris and Corey Gamble were still able to make the event, Kim K notably took the night off.

Sources from inside the ball, which raised money for Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research, say the family was in pretty good spirits throughout the evening.

At one point, flanked by Khloé and Kourtney, Kris spoke on stage about her ex-husband Robert Kardashian, who died in 2003 after suffering from esophageal cancer.

E! News reports during the event, a video montage was played featuring home videos of Robert Kardashian Sr. with the family, set to “Only One” by Kanye West.

Though it hasn't been confirmed, Kim's absence likely has something to do with Kanye's recent hospitalization.

On Monday night, West was reportedly admitted to an LA area medical center following a series of bizarre rants during his Saint Pablo Tour.

At his San Jose show, he told the audience he didn't vote, but if he did he would have voted for Donald Trump.

Then on Saturday night he spoke for 15 minutes — in a speech which bizarrely included him calling out Beyoncé, Jay Z and Hillary Clinton — before ultimately walking off stage without finishing the concert.

Before being hospitalized, he canceled the rest of the tour's shows.

TMZ reports Kim was already back in Los Angeles by Monday night.
