NBA Legend Larry Bird’s Son Arrested After Allegedly Trying To Hit GF With Car
Larry Bird’s 21-year-old son Conner was arrested by Indiana University campus police this past Sunday after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend…and attempting to hit her with his car.
According to Indiana U. campus police, Bird’s girlfriend told police Conner threw a cell phone at her during an argument at his apartment … striking her in the wrist.
Later that evening, the woman says she was in Conner’s car heading to the stadium on campus when the couple started arguing again. Looking to avoid any type of problem with Conner, she got out of the car and began to walk home.
Bird allegedly began to chase her through the parking lot in his car — trying to run her over!
The woman says she received help from another person who happened to be in the parking lot at the time — and together they managed to flag down a police officer.
Campus police were able to quickly locate Bird — and he was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, battery with injury, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
So much for following in his father’s footsteps…
