With her arrest on Wednesday night and new charges pressed against her over a June car crash, it hasn’t been a good 24 hours for Lindsay Lohan.

And now, Lindsay Lohan even appears to be falling out with her friends, with her assistant Gavin Doyle telling her to ‘get help’ via Twitter after an altercation on Thursday.

Lohan kicked Doyle out of her car after he bailed her out at the police station in New York this morning, according to Gawker and The New York Post, who have posted video of the incident.

Gawker have published a transcript of the altercation which happened when Lohan emerged following her arrest for allegedly punching psychic Tiffany Eve Mitchell at Manhattan’s Avenue nightclub.

After Doyle gets into the car, Lohan is heard yelling: ‘Gavin get out of the car, get out of the car Gavin! Get him out of the car, now! Gavin get out! Gavin get out of the f***** car. Now.’

Doyle is alleged to have replied: ‘Okay. Never speak to me again,’ before striding down the street with his jacket over his head.

Earlier, he tweeted under moniker SaveTheSociety: ‘@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you. xxx’

He then added: ‘Life is NOT a movie it’s a reality that needs to be faced.’

According to Gawker, things may have become strained between the pair after his testimony to police about the car crash contradicted Lohan’s story.

Lohan was charged with ‘wilfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer in the course of their duties, providing false information to a police officer, and reckless driving.’
