Manson Family Murderer Wins Parole After Being Turned Down 27 Times Previously
Formerly a member of Charles Manson’s killer cult, Bruce Davis, was granted parole Thursday after serving 40 years in prison for murder. Bruce had been denied parole 27 times prior to this hearing.
Bruce Davis was convicted with the Helter Skelter leader and another man for two murders unrelated to the notorious Sharon Tate massacre in 1969. He was told the good news the night before his 70th birthday by the parole board at the California Men’s Colony at San Luis Obispo.
“It’s time for him to go home,” said Davis’ attorney, Michael Beckman, who has been fighting for years to get his client released, reported ABCNews.com.
Hide your kids, hide your wife, Bruce Davis is on the streets! After serving 40 years in jail, let’s hope this grandpa has learned his lesson and doesn’t go on a killing spree!
