According to comedian Marlon Wayans, Kevin Garnett would’ve kicked Carmelo Anthony’s ass if their post-game standoff had escalated … all because of KG’s cartoonishly long arms!

Marlon was out and about in NYC yesterday when TMZ asked him about the Melo vs. KG beef — and his answer … is … classic!

The highlights — KG’s got arms like Dhalsim from “Street Fighter” … and completely off topic, Marlon went on to claim that the world is run by vagina!
