LADIES, LADIES, LADIES, listen up.

If you're tryna get abs as hard as rock and a badonkadonk that will make the boys go wild, Martha Hunt's got you covered.

The 27-year-old model is in crunch mode right now because the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is only a few weeks away.

Martha has LIMITED TIME to get her bod in tiptop shape (JK, she's already hot) before she walks the runway in Paris.

The VS angel sat down with E! News at the Vogue Fashion Fund Gala on Monday to discuss her daily workout routine leading up to the biggest night of her life.

She basically spends hours working out a day while I sit at a computer shoving french fries into my face like a fat ass.

Martha told E! News,

I'm in serious training mode... I've been training every day like crazy. My body is so sore.

OK MARTHA, TELL US MORE. Give us the deets. WTF workouts do you do to have such a flawless physique? She explained,

Lots of weight training, squats, a little bit of cardio, but mostly just adding more weights into my workouts. And working out with friends to make it fun. That's always so important.

Weight training? You mean I don't have to run 12 miles on the treadmill every day of my life to get a Victoria's Secret bod?

OK, COUNT ME IN. All right, Martha, so what do you eat? Do I have to give up bread completely to get in shape? Because that's like 99 percent of my diet right now.

Martha told E! News,

If anything, I just try to add in more protein to keep up with all the working out.

OK, OK, I can deal with eating peanut butter on a spoon. Just add in some chocolate syrup and that shit is tasty AF.

Thanks for the tips, Martha! The model will be joining Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss and more at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show this fall.

The ladies will be flying out to Paris at the end of November and the show will air December 5 on CBS.

Be sure to grab your ice cream, I mean... vegetables (We're healthy, right?) and I'll see you then.
