Michelle Obama Voted Most Desirable Travel Partner
According to a Hotels.com survey, US First Lady Michelle Obama is the No. 1 ideal travel partner.
The survey, which involved 1,500 American hotel customers, showed that Michelle Obama beat out the other celebrities, historical, fictional, and political figures Americans would want as roommates on their next vacation, with 18 percent of the overall votes.
However, the first lady only snagged the No. 3 spot in the 18-29 age group, who would prefer to share a room with comedian Will Ferrell, followed by Beyoncé.
The most popular woman among the men polled was Natalie Portman with 19 percent of votes, followed by Marilyn Monroe with 18.7 percent.
Lady Gaga, Ryan Seacrest, and Spiderman were voted undesirable travel partners by all ages groups.
According to the survey, Americans prefer to share their holiday with smart, funny people with an outlook similar to their own.
