Figure skater and Olympic gold medalist Oksana Baiul is currently suing NBC for $5 million!

Oksana claims the network had offered her a deal to perform in two shows…which she gracefully declined.

However, Oksana says her name was used to advertise one of the shows on two radio websites and that she was mentioned in an official press release for the show.

Oksana believes her reputation was damaged because the false publicity resulted in her being labeled a “no show,” making it harder for the former Olympic athlete to find work.

NBC has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
