The official death certificate filed in LA doesn’t answer any questions and still leave Sage Stallone’s cause of death a mystery.
The death certificate lists Sage’s cause of death as “deferred,” which means that the coroner is waiting for results of various tests, including toxicology.
The coroner said that Sage’s body was found on July 13 but does not specify a date of death.
Some believe that Sage’s body was founded several days after he died.
