According to Page Six, Selita Ebanks has decided to part ways with her boyfriend Terrence J — the former host of BET’s “106 & Park.”

The couple, who had been dating since November of 2011, allegedly split over “scheduling conflicts.”

Selita is currently working on a TV pilot and is said to be releasing a single in the near future.

This past weekend, the model was seen being trailed by cameras for the new show as she celebrated her 30th birthday with a two-day bash.

On Saturday, Selina enjoyed dinner with five friends at the One Group’s Asellina, with David Spade and Kevin Farley stopping in for dessert and to give a toast.

Later that evening, she was seen partying with her girlfriends until 3 in the morning at SL!

“Selita was dancing at the banquette on her table and garnering glances from many in the room,” says a spy.

On Sunday, Selina threw yet another blowout birthday party at Bagalette. David Spade — who was allegedly flirting with Ebanks — stopped by again, as well as R&B singer Trey Songz, who serenaded her over a birthday cake!
