Shia LaBeouf Is Dating His “Nymphomaniac” Co-Star Mia Goth
Despite being in a seemingly serious relationship for two years, Shia LaBeouf has decided to call it quits with Karolyn Pho.The young actor has reportedly already moved on, his latest victim being 19-year-old Mia Goth, who co-stars with Shia in the upcoming film Nymphomaniac.
“They’ve kept their relationship under wraps,” says a source. “But they pretty much started dating after he broke off things with Karolyn a few months ago.”
The two were seen making a coffee run in LA the day before Thanksgiving.
“He got to know Mia on set and quickly became enamored of her,”says the source. “They have similar interests, they love alternative music, thrift stores and she is edgy and funny, which Shia loves.”
Apparently Pho was not too pleased with the fact that Shia would be required to have real sexual intercourse on camera for the upcoming film.
“They’ve been on the rocks ever since Shia agreed to star in Nymphomaniac,” another source revealed back in August. “Karolyn doesn’t want him having sex with somebody else – simple.”
Pho inadvertently contributed to Shia’s involvement in the film, though.
“I sent [Lars von Trier] videotapes of me and my girlfriend having sex,” LaBeouf told Chelsea Handler. “And that’s how I got the job.”
