Taylor Swift's Squad Just Got Fifty Shades Darker With Dakota Johnson

TAYLOR SWIFT SQUAD UPDATES!

It's been a quiet past few weeks for Taylor Swift. After ducking out of the VMAs and breaking off things with Tom Hiddleston, the pop icon has gone underground for some much-needed recovery time before doing her next big thing.

Taylor Swift's squad continues on, though — even though she's not there publicly fostering it. The various models and actresses are still out recruiting and building Hollywood's most sought after clique, which now features a dark BDSM side.

Please welcome to the group… Dakota Johnson!

The “Fifty Shades Of Grey” star appears to have weaseled her way into Taylor's squad according to a recent Instagram post by lead squad consigliere, Cara Delevingne.

The post features Dakota, who just turned 27 on Tuesday, next to Cara while Facetiming with Taylor Swift. This is one of many perks that comes with being voted into the group during their sacrificial bad blood candidate fight ring ceremony — or at least that's what I assume happens when you become a squad member.

She captioned the post,

Happy birthday @dakotajohnson #facetimefamilyphoto @taylorswift

Another perk that comes with being a squad member is the constant communication with everyone else in the group.

Actor and daughter of people who have no idea how to spell “Hailey,” Hailee Steinfeld, revealed the squad has a secret WhatsApp group for the members.

She made the reveal on BBC Radio1 Breakfast, telling hosts,

We try to [speak a lot]. It's so crazy being all over the world at the same time and rarely being in the same place at the same time. But it's so much fun to stay in contact and find each other along the way and all get caught up.

New goal in life: Get in on dat WhatsApp.
